Cable ladder system

Wescosa designs and manufactures cable tray systems, including perforated tray, cable ladder, channel tray and strut (metal framing), directly from production facilities in Dammam Saudi Arabia.

All trays are manufactured and tested in accordance with the latest NEMA and IEC 61537 Standards.

WESLADDER:

• Best constructed tray available for multiple large cables.
• Typically used by power plants, oil refineries, on and off shore platforms, desalination plants, commercial sites and industrial construction sites requiring strength and reliability.
• welded rungs to for optimum structural integrity and reduce side rail rotation. Standard Rung spacing: 6”, 9” & 12” (150mm, 225mm & 300mm).
• Load Depths: 3”, 3 ½”, 4”, 5” & 6” (75mm, 90mm, 100mm, 125mm & 150mm).
• Materials available: Aluminum Alloy, Hot dip galvanized carbon steel, Stainless Steel 304 & 316L, fiberglass and can be supplied with additional Polyester powder coating.
• Newer, more efficient and economical designs are now available in addition to older, established designs still preferred by long-standing customers.

The rung has a flat surface for ease of pulling cables. In addition, the box shaped rung is continuously welded around the complete insertion, as not to pull from the rail under the load pressure.

WESTRAYS are supplied in 2.44 meter or 3.0 meter or 3.66 meter standard lengths. The channel type trays are manufactured in various widths & heights of aluminum or hot dipped galvanized carbon steel, pre-galvanized carbon steel, Stainless steel 304 and 316L, with ventilated or solid bottom.

The channel type cable trays comes in 4 types of profiles like with heavy duty external return flange, internal return flange, ‘C’ Profile and plain type.

• Channel Standard Length; 2.44 meters or 3 meter and other lengths are available upon request.
• Channel Standard Widths; 100 mm, 150 mm, 225 mm, 250mm, 300 mm, 450 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm & 900 mm.
• Channel Standard Heights: 25 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm.
• Channel Standard Thickness: 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, and other thicknesses are available upon request.
• All Fittings are non-returned flange.
• Straight Length and fittings are ventilated or solid.

WESTrunking Introduction

WESCOSA Cable Trunking are available of Aluminum, Mill galvanized steel, Steel with ANSI Gray finish or hot dip galvanized after fabrication, Stainles steel 304 and 316. These trunking Special features of WESCOSA trunking includes hinged Type Cover, Knockouts for conduits, are avaiilable upon request.

WESRUNWAY

WESCOSA Cable Runway is made of 40 x 20 Rectangle Tubular Section with cross members welded at 9 inch intervals. We manufacture from different materials like Hot dip galvanized carbon steel, carbon steel with Ansi gray coated finish, Aluminum Alloy.

The standard lengths are 2.44m, 3.0m or 6.0m.

In any project, metal framing support system (supports and structures) is at least as important as the cable management system themselves. If the support system is not suitable, the whole installation will fail. To avoid this, and to achieve a satisfactory installation from the outset, WESCOSA has developed a comprehensive range of Supports & Brackets according to the NEMA & IEC 61537 standards. This range, with its accessories, makes weld-free setting up and modifying easy for all the supports commonly required in such project installations.

WESTRUT Type channels provide indirect support for hanger rods by spanning between available structural support beams and channels. The channel is supplied in various lengths and can easily be field cut to the length needed for use as a trapeze-type support. Available in single or double or any other combinations as per the customer requirements. And also available in different kind of materials like Galvanized carbon steel, Aluminum Alloys and Stainless Steel 304 .

Our wall brackets and C profile support brackets along with other channel fittings gives the maximum flexibility to the installer to select the product range based on the site load requirement and other features like support spacing and vertical spacing.

Custom made channels, brackets, hangers and other accessories with suitable hardware are also available upon request.

WESCOSA offers various types of covers to provide protection for the cables contained within the system from sunlight, environmental elements, dirt, debris and falling objects. All of the covers listed in our catalog are used for indoors as well as outdoor applications. Covers are fabricated from corrosion resistant Aluminum; Mill galvanized steel, Steel Hot dip Galvanized or Thermosetting polyester powder coated after fabrication, Stainless steel 304 .

Covers are available in various types like flat solid, flat louvered, flat flanged solid, flat flanged louvered, peaked etc for straight trays and fittings.

A wide range of accessories like connectors, expansion connectors, bonding jumpers, hold down clamps, expansion guides, hold down / expansion combination clamps, drop outs, adjustable connectors for vertical and horizontal direction changes, blind ends, box connectors, cover clamps, separators are available.
