Construction Works of Electrical Substations Including Installation of Electrical Equipment
Complete Turnkey Projects mainly focus on wors related to electrical substation new installations, removing, replacing, upgrade, and testing of Electrical Equipment including minor civil structural work etc.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning
We perform a site acceptance test (SAT) to determine the functionality and safety of electrical equipment and the status of materials after delivery, installation, and before energizing.
All testing activities can be conducted by using our own testing equipment calibrated by certified.
Supervision of Installation for Electrical Equipment
Supervision work will be carried out at the site during installation and erection. Testing and commissioning work will be carried out as per vendor/manufacturing standards, end-user specifications, and approved drawings
Replacement of Obsoleted Electrical Equipment
We can offer complete replacement of existing old/ obsolete Electrical Equipment including dismantling and removal of existing equipment, design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of new Electrical Equipment.
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Preventive maintenance is mainly performed on Electrical equipment such as transformers, substations, switchgear, MCC, RMU, switches, and all types of panels. These include Turn-around contracts, shutdowns, and long and short-term programs.
Upgrading Electrical Equipment
We perform upgrading for existing equipment by adding new sections/functions/materials/logic / filling space and spare units with components.
Repair, Modifications & Retrofitting for Electrical Equipment
Repair work will be carried out on-site or at our premises for all types of breakers and devices.
All types of electrical equipment will be modified to suit the customer’s requirements.
Transformer Oil Filling, Processing, and Filtration
Oil Filling, Processing, and Filtration work will be carried out at the site for all types of new and old oil-filled transformers as per WESCOSA oil filtration and filling procedures.
Engineering Support and Spare parts
ETAP Study, Relay Setting, and Coordination Study
We conduct ETAP study, Relay setting calculations, and Coordination study of the system.
Calibration Lab and Instrumentation Services
WESCOSA CALIBRATION laboratory has met the requirements of AC204, IAS Accreditation Criteria for Calibration Laboratories, and complies with ISO/IEC Standard 17025:2017, General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
We conduct Calibration of electrical test equipment Welding machine validation, Transformer oil and electrical testing Epstein test for magnetic properties of silicon steel sheet, and On-site instrumentation.
